
Global Client Service Manager

We are a global provider of online, international payment services for personal and business customers. With over 20 years of experience, we have grown to become a truly global company with offices in various locations.
This role ensures an optimum level of service is provided to primarily consumer clients. An outstanding client manager understands client needs, articulates the value proposition and is well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment ensuring consistent seamless transactions are delivered.
The role also involves managing and supporting all office-related administration work, requiring the ability to pivot, adjust and adapt to a dynamic working environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Active outbound call function, converting a high number of incoming registrations
- Answering and processing a large volume of inbound calls
- Booking and confirming client transactions across available products - spots, limit orders, forwards, etc.
- Improving administrative efficiencies, promoting the use of our online and mobile platforms
- Responsible for daily Unallocated Items, entering deals in accordance with funds received
- Responsible for unblocking all blocked payments for non-managed accounts on a daily basis
- Strictly adhering to Credit Risk Management and other group policies
- Understanding the needs and nuances of a wide variety of managed and unmanaged accounts
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- HSC/year 12 graduate or equivalent
- Degree qualified in a Finance or Business-related discipline (advantage)
- Existing exposure to the banking/finance sector (desired, but not essential)
- FX experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communicator, with sound numerical skills
- Integrity, flexibility, reliability, and an excellent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships
- Proven experience selling a service (advantage)
