Global Client Service Manager

As a key member of our global team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of excellent client service to our Credit Managers. This will involve providing timely and accurate support with query resolution, reporting, relationship management, new launch coordination, and daily middle office duties.

You will be responsible for fulfilling a range of tasks including asset setup, trade capture, cash matching and reconciliation, liaising with agents and 3rd party brokers/custodians, and processing agent notices.

In addition, you will provide key performance indicators to the Head of Operations and support business development initiatives.

People management is also an essential part of this role, requiring you to manage teams locally and internationally to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training and development plans for direct reports, reviewing Daily PnL calculations, and conducting regular compliance checks.

Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification;
  • Experience working with Credit Managers advantageous;
  • Extensive knowledge of CLOs/CDOs/Credit Funds;
  • Understanding of various security types - Private Debt, Syndicated Loans, Bonds, Equities, Futures, CDS, CDS Indices, Forwards, ABS, MBS, TRS, etc.;
  • Understanding of trade lifecycle;
  • Computer proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and familiarity with Solvas (CDO-Suite) preferred;
  • Strong client service and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Accurate and acute attention to detail;
  • Adaptability - able to change tasks quickly as business needs dictate;
  • Uses discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to audience;
  • Proven ability to prioritise responsibilities, manage time effectively and meet deadlines accordingly.
