Job DescriptionAs the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
You will spend most of your time working with tickets submitted by customers. You will be able to resolve some tickets on your own, while others will require collaboration/escalation with other teams.
Communicating clearly and proactively until the issue is resolved is key. Communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat is also required.
Providing support on a shift basis covering between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday is necessary.
