Job Description

This is a customer-focused role that provides registry and judicial support services to the Commission, the Industrial Magistrates Court of Western Australia and the Western Australian Industrial Appeal Court.

The role primarily supports the Commission and is an escalation point for Registry Support Officers. In this position, you will provide information and support to a diverse range of clients, including assessing and processing applications and claims, and managing complex and sensitive cases through administrative oversight.

The role offers opportunities to broaden your responsibilities across other jurisdictions, providing judicial assistance to the Industrial Magistrates and the Clerk of the Court. This may include performing court officer duties, liaising with involved parties, editing judgments, preparing orders, and conducting legal research.

It is a busy environment, but we collaborate and work positively together as a team to ensure we deliver a high-quality service.
