Job Overview

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals with injuries or illnesses to recover and return to work and life. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and case management services, interacting with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to injured persons with recovery, return to work, and life
  • Conduct thorough assessments and case management services
  • Interact with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist (AHPRA registration), or Exercise Physiologist (ESSA membership and SIRA modules)
  • Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists welcome to apply (relevant professional membership)
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, good team attitude, and positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
