
Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive expansion and retention across our national territory.
This role will involve leveraging expertise to identify and convert direct sales opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships while tapping into new markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire sales process from prospect identification to proposal development and closing negotiations
- Crafting compelling proposals, developing and qualifying new customer contacts, and cultivating relationships throughout the opportunity lifecycle
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Management or Business Studies, with a demonstrated passion for learning. They will bring 3-5 years of experience in the Services industry, ideally within the Mining, Energy, and/or Hospitality sector.
A broad range of influencing skills and exceptional verbal communication abilities are essential to develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities also include driving strategic initiatives, making informed decisions that enhance overall business performance, and delivering year-on-year consumer sales revenue growth.
