About the RoleThis is a pivotal position in our Growth team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with venues, becoming their trusted advisor, and driving account growth by identifying upsell opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with venue partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio
- Drive account growth by identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities
- Lead business reviews with venues to understand performance and uncover expansion prospects
- Experience in business development or a similar client-facing role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with a knack for spotting growth and upsell opportunities
