About the Role

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at MYOB, a leading business management platform. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for creating innovative and engaging solutions for our customers.

Your primary focus will be on designing and optimizing user experiences, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that move business metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user experiences that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product development
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in product design, with a focus on financial services or SAAS environments
  • Strong visual design skills and experience with design systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
