About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at MYOB. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of our products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design solutions meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across our products and services.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure our products meet user needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our design processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
  • Proven experience in leading design teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
