About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at MYOB. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative and engaging solutions for our customers.

As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end design experiences that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for crafting great user experiences, working across multiple projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure design excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of innovative and engaging solutions for our customers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end design experiences
  • Craft great user experiences that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design excellence
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in product design
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end design experiences
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
