Workforce Solutions Partner
">As a Workforce Solutions Partner, you will be instrumental in supporting our workforce needs, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and driving operational excellence. This role involves collaborating with leaders to address workforce requirements, advancing short-term strategies, and promoting a productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience in HR Business Partnering or Advising, preferably in the mining industry. Strong knowledge of enterprise agreements, the Fair Work Act, and National Employment Standards is essential. The ability to facilitate performance management, talent and succession processes, as well as collate and interpret people data, is also required.

About the Role

Reporting to the Superintendent - People & Culture, this role is responsible for providing expert guidance on policy interpretation, processes, and best practices while coaching frontline leaders. Key responsibilities include supporting leaders in addressing workforce needs, implementing P&C practices, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with the P&C team to support the delivery of business plans, goals, and targets.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must be a people-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, able to establish connections and work effectively at all organisational levels. You will have tertiary qualifications in HR or IR/ER and exposure to industrial relations matters, including policy interpretation, enterprise agreements, and employee relations activities.
