The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the loan syndication business in Australia and New Zealand, across both the flow and non-flow loan asset classes.
Responsibilities include:
- Pricing, structuring and underwriting of flow and non-flow loan products originated in APAC;
- Working hand-in-hand with the Origination business lines throughout the origination process on aspects including client-facing activities;
- Initiating and pushing non-flow / flow credit products sales to investors as part of primary and extended primary syndication processes;
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role;
- Strong technical knowledge of the Australia / New Zealand loan syndication markets, underlying players / investors;
- Proven analytical skills as well as exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
This role offers a unique opportunity to:

- Work in a team environment with teams based in different geographical locations and with diverse, international backgrounds;
This position reports to the Head of Structured Credit Syndicate based in HK and is responsible for expanding the loan syndication business in Australia and New Zealand.
