Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing and structuring non-flow and flow loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand.

  • Pricing and structuring of loan products, working hand-in-hand with business lines throughout the origination process.
  • Initiating and pushing credit products sales to investors as part of primary and extended primary syndication processes.
  • Providing support in connection with credit distribution, such as providing distribution input for portfolio management during secondary/portfolio sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role.
  • Proven capability of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, business lines, and bank/non-bank investors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Australia/New Zealand loan syndication markets, underlying players/investors, with a focus on project and asset finance, fund financing, corporate and leveraged loans.
  • Proven analytical skills and exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Strong ability in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Powerpoint and Excel.
