Job Title: Vice President - Structured Credit Syndicator APAC

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our structured credit syndication efforts in APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing, structuring and underwriting non-flow and flow loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Structuring: Develop and execute pricing and structuring strategies for non-flow and flow loan products;
  • Credit Sales Support: Collaborate with the APAC credit sales team to initiate and push non-flow/flow credit products sales to investors;
  • Portfolio Management Support: Provide support to the portfolio management team during secondary/portfolio sales.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 6 years of experience in investment banking, preferably in a loan syndicate role;
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Australia/New Zealand loan syndication markets;
  • Proven analytical skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
