Your Role

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary
  • Providing updates on delivery estimates, order status, and stock availability
  • Liaising with courier companies and occasionally retailers
  • Assisting with showroom management and face-to-face customer interaction
  • Facilitating returns and resolving complaints as needed
