Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have high-level expertise in languages curriculum and assessment, as well as experience teaching Languages, ideally in both F-10 and VCE.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development of resources and professional learning to support teachers and schools in implementing curriculum and assessment for Languages from Levels F-12
  • Engagement with key stakeholder groups
  • Contribution to auditing of school-based assessments for VCE Languages
  • Contribution to curriculum review and ongoing facilitation of the national Collaborative Curriculum and Assessment Framework for Languages (CCAFL) Project
  • Contribution to, or management of, special projects within the Languages Unit

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Languages Education
  • Experience teaching Languages, ideally in both F-10 and VCE

Benefits:

  • Fixed term full-time position until 2 April 2027
  • Salary: $113,022 - $136,747
