We are seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to join our school community at Lyndale Secondary College. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality learning programs and ensuring that all students have access to engaging and inclusive education.

Our school is a large Years 7-12 educational provider with a student population of 850. We serve our local community with pride, offering a comprehensive curriculum across Years 7-12 including SEAL, VCE, VCE VM, VPC and VET programs.

We believe in fostering a growth mindset, where collaboration is valued, and creativity is nurtured. Our student-centred focus engages our learners through a range of support programs, including English as a Second Language, Integration, Numeracy, and Literacy support.

We offer Select Entry Learning Programs (SEAL) which allow gifted and talented students to explore their academic potential in a challenging and supportive environment. Our Performing Arts program is second to none, providing opportunities for students to participate at the highest level.
