About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based in Gladstone, QLD, and involves providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diverse asset market in the residential space. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

About You

We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed residential valuation skills, exceptional communication, and business development skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong client network, a commitment to professional development, and:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  • CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.
