Job Title: Speech Pathologist

As a highly skilled Speech Pathologist, you will be part of our collaborative team, working closely with clients, colleagues, and support networks to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload and deliver evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
  • Provide speech pathology services to clients in schools, homes, and the broader community
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and promote independence

About You:

  • Possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks
  • Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
