About the Graduate Valuation Position

This role is available with our Residential team based in Gladstone, QLD. We are seeking motivated individuals who have recently completed a Degree in Business (Property) or are near completion. If you're looking to begin your career in the property valuation sector, this position offers exciting opportunities for growth and development.

As a Graduate Valuer, you will assist qualified valuers with a variety of tasks, including in the field experience, assistance with quality valuation reports, providing excellent back-end support, client services, and general office administration.

This role offers career development opportunities for candidates with the right attitude and skills, and will prepare you to become a Registered and/or Certified Property Valuer.

Requirements

We are seeking bright, motivated and articulate candidates who are looking to establish a career with our business. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Near completion or recently completed Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
  • Genuine interest in customer service and property valuations
  • Confident verbal and written communication and report writing skills
  • Experience in multitasking and prioritising workloads in high volume environments
  • Proficiency and comfort with using Microsoft Office, web-based systems and learning new technology
  • A positive and professional manner
  • Current Driver's license

Candidates with prior experience as a Graduate Valuer or with extensive experience in a property industry related field are strongly encouraged to apply.
