About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial targets. Your primary goal will be to build lasting relationships with our local community through strategic partnerships and effective marketing.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting staff to meet and exceed national quality standards. This includes managing centre operations in line with company policies and procedures, creating connections with the local community, and fostering a culture of child safety and well-being.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of our centre, driving excellence in all aspects of service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local families, partners, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support staff to achieve exceptional outcomes and quality standards

About You:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar setting
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
