Manage the day-to-day operations of a centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.

Mentor and support the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role is essential.
  • A current Working with Children's Check is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and meet safety and compliance standards.
