Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale logistics operations, preferably in retail or FMCG. They must possess strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build rapport. Analytical expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and commercial decision-making is also essential.

A track record of driving results, process improvements, and team motivation is necessary. Familiarity with WMS/TMS/Manhattan systems is advantageous.
