Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on transport leader to oversee our logistics operations across Australia nationally. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence throughout our distribution network.

In this position, you will:

  • Collaborate with best-in-market third-party logistics partners to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Analyse and optimize transport network performance across multiple sites for cost and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan and forecast resources, wages, and labour requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Report and present performance metrics with recommendations to key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in leading high-volume supply chain or transport operations, ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills, with ability to build rapport.
  • Proven analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and commercial decision-making to align with key milestones.
  • A track record of driving results, improving processes, and leading & motivating teams.
  • Understanding of WMS / TMS / Manhattan systems is advantageous.
