About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity working 8.30am – 5pm in a corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
  • Coordinating courier deliveries and managing logistics
  • Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring a smooth workflow
  • Organising catering for meetings and events, as well as grocery and stationary orders
  • Maintaining kitchens and ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Managing credit card reconciliations and petty cash
  • Coordinating cab charge and parking vouchers, and assisting with travel arrangements
  • Supporting the organisation of functions and events
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Being highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Being proactive and having a great attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork
  • Having previous reception experience and being confident in your ability to take on this challenge
