Job Title: Agile Project Facilitator

Persolkelly, a leading workforce solutions provider in APAC, is seeking an experienced Agile project facilitator to join one of the largest financial institutions based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach teams and the wider organisation on the adoption of Agile values and practices as well as adopting a learning mindset.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops using appropriate frameworks and models.
  • Help the team focus on progress toward their goals while also focusing on flow and quality.
  • Develop and communicate team metrics to help the team and wider organisation focus on flow and quality.
  • Coordinate projects, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
  • Plan deliverables and help teams monitor performance.

We are looking for a skilled professional with proven experience working as an Agile project facilitator or coach. Your background should include experience in Wealth and/or equity domain in the BFSI sector, specifically Private Banking, Corporate banking, Markets, and/or Investment banking, as well as experience working on high transactional digital platforms.
