We are seeking an Agile Project Facilitator to empower our teams to accomplish their goals.

This role is ideal for a person who understands people, has an in-depth understanding of agile principles and is not afraid to be disruptive.

About the Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will be focused on aligning our team with multiple stakeholders; prioritising work between different groups; improving overall workflow and focusing on team health.

  • Strong understanding of digital product roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Experience in managing digital projects and delivering high-quality digital products.
  • Deep understanding of agile principles and methodologies beyond Scrum.
  • Agile practices and frameworks to enhance team performance and deliver value to customers.
