Job DescriptionNow is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this stimulating Retail Inventory Lead role at our Hervey Bay store.
We are looking for an experienced stock hand who is self-motivated , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about stock integrity.
If you're hyper-focused on accuracy, enjoy partnering with a leadership team and leading others, and enjoy maximising efficiencies across stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes, then this role may just be for you
A Bit About You...Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environmentExcellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skillsHighly developed organisational skills and time managementStrong communicator and self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around them with the best stock and inventory practicesSolutions driven individual who will challenge the status quo and provide efficient processesAbility to multitask whilst being resilient through change and able to bounce back from setbacks quicklyDemonstrates self-awareness and is open to personal and professional developmentAn influencer who is highly personable, confident, and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleaguesAbility to lift and process products up to 20kgWhy we think you should consider joining the Pillow Talk Tribe
