Job Overview

We're seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Membership Services Representative in New Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership growth and sales through proactive engagement and retention strategies
  • Provide administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Passion for health and fitness with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and some weekdays
