Key Responsibilities- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong active listening skills, ability to determine and understand the needs of the member, and convey information clearly.
- Problem Solving Mindset: Ability to use initiative in resolving problems, sound judgment, and critical decision-making to provide exceptional member and business outcomes.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Empathic nature, genuine desire to help others, and make a positive impact.
- Detail-Oriented Approach: Strong skills in keeping accurate records, maintaining strict adherence to legislative and compliance procedures and practices.
- Technology Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple and complex systems and confidently support members to engage with our digital offerings.
- Resilience: Highly resilient, flexible, and adaptable in a changing environment, and remain positive through times of ambiguity.

You will work in a supportive environment, providing knowledge, tools, and hands-on practice to deliver exceptional experiences for our members. Training is delivered in a collaborative, classroom-style setting and requires full-time commitment during the first 8 weeks.
