About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Digital Experience Specialist to play a crucial role in driving engagement across our direct-to-small-business channel. As part of our Lifecycle Marketing team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional specialists to design and deliver personalized customer journeys that drive conversions, accelerate time-to-value, and foster continuous growth.

This dynamic opportunity requires a human-centered design approach, leveraging expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, and digital experimentation. Your experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and Google Analytics will enable you to gain valuable insights and inform strategic recommendations. Effective project management skills and self-motivation are essential for juggling multiple projects simultaneously and driving innovative thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Journey Design
    • Map user personas, identify needs, and design engaging communication journeys that add value at every touchpoint
    • Collaborate with specialists from Digital Product, Content, Regional Marketing, Digital Media, Design, and Analytics to understand the end-to-end customer journey
    • Develop actionable insights and track real customer problems through targeted research initiatives
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Analyse customer engagement behaviour using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to inform business strategies
    • Drive customer lifecycle programs aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Project Execution and Improvement
    • Ideate and optimize customer journey experiences within the marketing levers, including content, timing, targeting, subject line, and creative
    • Confidently analyse experiment performance, tying it back to original objectives and hypotheses, and share key metrics with stakeholders

    • Email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, AMPscript, and Google Analytics

    • Ability to communicate complex ideas and 'why' behind projects
