About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to join our Personalisation team at MECCA Brands Pty Ltd. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract opportunity to play a key role in bringing our digital channels to life with experiences that delight and inspire action.

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for accelerating growth by delivering personalised, fully orchestrated journeys and ensuring every interaction adds value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in SFMC studios to deliver campaigns and journeys
  • Build out new journeys and optimise existing ones, identifying and building data points, segmentation, triggers, and template setups needed to execute across all customer touchpoints
  • Maintain and validate data in SFMC, including imports, exports, parsing, queries, and overall hygiene
  • Test and validate campaign setups across platforms to maintain the highest level of quality
  • Create recommendations to continuously improve campaigns

What We're Looking For

You will have the north star in focus, delivering innovation and customer experiences while optimising live marketing automation performance. You will be comfortable working with complex data sets and working with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer conversion and overall market share growth.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms and digital experimentation. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including HTML, CSS, Amp-Script, and SQL, is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to interact and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, have problem-solving skills with an ability to innovate in finding solutions, and experience in agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
