Senior Event Coordinator

This is a senior role within our events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and distribution of banquet event orders, preparation of menus, signage, and floor plans for all events.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Creation and distribution of banquet event orders
  • Preparation of menus, signage, and floor plans for all events
  • Liaison and communication between events, food & beverage department, and kitchen
  • Liaison with suppliers (internal & external)
  • Reactive sales of events spaces and accommodation
  • Proactive sales of events spaces and accommodation, supporting business development manager
  • Reporting, filing, and internal communications
Requirements
  • A dynamic individual with ability to efficiently multitask
  • Confident communicator with talent to build strong relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
