Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute CUB's event calendar 6 months in advance, aligned with our event framework

Work across unique event formats and take full ownership

Plan and execute all event types, from community gatherings to keynotes and welcome evenings

Drive member engagement before, during, and after events

Act as community host—managing the front desk, greeting members and guests, and supporting clubhouse operations

What we're looking for:

3+ years' experience in event planning, hospitality, or community management

Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once

Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
