Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the unique needs of customers, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Utilize industry-leading technology to provide a seamless banking experience for customers.
  • Travel frequently to meet customers and build a strong presence in the local community.
  • Proactively identify customers' financial needs and provide them with holistic solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a strong referral partner network.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential lending.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing rewarding relationships.
  • Existing knowledge of Home Lending products and responsible lending legislation.
  • Strong ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs.
  • Capacity to flourish in a fast-paced lending environment.
