With a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your ability to ask the right questions, understand our customers' financial situations, and provide tailored advice will be essential in delivering a seamless banking experience.

You'll be part of our Mobile Lending Team, working remotely and meeting customers at their preferred locations. Using industry-leading technology, our team provides customers with a hassle-free banking experience anywhere, anytime.

  • Willing to travel frequently to meet customers and apply your knowledge of our products, processes, and policies to identify their financial needs.
  • Able to establish a strong presence in the local community, building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong referral partner network.
  • A stickler for detail, ensuring that applications are compliant and checks are complete.
  • Confident in providing exceptional service, enabling you to ask for referrals from satisfied customers.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:



  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lending, preferably in your current role, and an existing knowledge of Home Lending products and current responsible lending legislation.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships.
  • Established networks within the community.
  • The ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs.
  • The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide holistic solutions.
