About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Lending Executive to join our Mobile Lending Team. As a Home Lending Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and establishing rewarding relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the unique needs of customers, providing them with holistic solutions to their financial needs.
  • Proactively identify customers' financial needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong presence in the local community, establishing a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong referral partner network.
  • Ensure applications are compliant and all checks have been done, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • A minimum 3 years' proven experience in residential lending.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships.
  • Existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation.
  • A strong ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs.
  • The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions.
  • Established networks and a passion for business development.
  • The capacity to flourish in a fast-paced lending environment.
  • High regard for attention to detail and pride themselves on high performance and the best outcomes for customers.
