Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Lending Expert to join our Mobile Lending Team.

As a Home Lending Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and establishing rewarding relationships with our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and anticipate customers' financial needs and provide them with holistic solutions.
  • Manage the unique and at times complex needs of customers, ensuring applications are compliant and all checks have been done.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, building a credible personal brand and an active referral partner network.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry leading technology and our products, processes and policies to provide the best possible solutions for our customers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in residential lending.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships.
  • Existing knowledge of Home Lending products and responsible lending legislation.
  • The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions.
  • A strong ability to establish networks and a passion for business development.
  • The capacity to flourish in a fast-paced lending environment.
