As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational and production aspects of our venue and the broader precinct. Your leadership will be essential in managing our dedicated operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless event execution.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to engage with clients, business partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that events are planned and executed in line with both client expectations and business goals. During events, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, meticulous planning, risk management, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the operational management of tenant clubs to deliver premier sporting events to a wide audience.
  • Lead the planning and execution of major entertainment events, collaborating with renowned organizations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across various disciplines to ensure successful event delivery.
