Assistant Events Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Events Operations Manager to join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the beautiful Hunter Valley, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the delivery of exceptional events and conferences across multiple venues.
- Provide strong leadership and support to the events team, ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of events strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient event execution.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar position in banquets or conferencing.
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
