About the Role

Melbourne & Olympic Park is seeking a skilled Workforce Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team.

This permanent, full-time role will play a key part in the planning, delivery, and coordination of our event workforce, which consists of over 800 customer service, security, and operations team members.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Workforce Planning & Development Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our events, including workforce scheduling, event day operations, and workforce development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Scheduling: Coordinate the rostering of team members across our five venues, ensuring adequate support for events.
  • Event Day Workforce Operations: Support the delivery of events by ensuring team members are checked in, equipped, and set up to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Workforce Development Projects: Assist with key projects such as recruitment, learning and development, equipment management, and policy development.
