About the Role

We have an opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Programs and Sports Leader to create a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver quality programs and sports activities for all age groups.
  • Lead a team in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Build strong relationships with community members and continually improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of programs and sports offered within a recreation centre setting.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating team members, and providing guidance and support.
  • Strong organisational skills, effectively planning, coordinating, and managing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, conveying information, providing feedback, and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Experience promoting and marketing programs/services to drive growth.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Recreation, or equivalent level of experience.
