Client Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to GM of Client Operations and team leaders, ensuring seamless coordination across the team.
  • Prepare, review, and refine reports, presentations, and key materials using Google tools.
  • Schedule, organize, and manage logistics for internal meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain and organize key documents, files, and data to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, supporting the smooth execution of operations-related initiatives.
  • Assist with expense tracking and invoice processing, maintaining accurate financial records for review.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as directed, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Contribute to daily operations and provide general administrative support to enhance department efficiency.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve the overall client support experience.
