
Client Operations Specialist

The Client Operations Specialist works in partnership with the client and their family toensure a smooth and fast onboarding experience. They act as a go-to for the client for all things related to Hireup during the client's first few weeks with Hireup, as well as existing Hireup clients with specialised supports that are either newly indicated or that require updated plans.
Responsibilities- Proactively support clients to onboard Hireup efficiently, ensuring outstanding customer service, commercial sensitivity, and compliance as a registered NDIS provider
- Quickly build rapport with the client in their onboarding journey, proactively building a positive relationship with the client and positioning yourself as a trusted partner within Hireup
- Gain a holistic understanding of the client's circumstances, background and needs and build an individualised approach and assess how Hireup can best support them immediately and in future
- Prioritise speed of onboarding for high impact clients or clients whose clinical or support needs are urgent
- Collect and review health and allied health plans, liaising with specialist support advisor as required
- Experience in direct disability support work and/or familiarity with mental health, high intensity and/or specialised support.
- Experience with specialised support plans and working with allied health practitioners.
- Experience in autonomously managing a high-volume caseload.
- Results focus, able to work with KPIs and targets
- Ability to confidently receive calls from clients through proactive outgoing, plus reactive incoming direct or transferred calls.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
