About the Role:

  • Lead and manage electrical infrastructure projects across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, construction managers, and external vendors to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, technology, and products to support rapid growth and expansion.
  • Manage and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications.
  • Identify and address deficient contractor work, ensuring compliance with quality plans and governing codes.
  • Oversee grid modeling and inverter modeling processes to achieve connection and commissioning approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders, driving resolution and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, or similar) or Management/related engineering science.
  • 7+ years of experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, with 2+ years of BESS/PV project experience preferred.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • 20 days annual leave.
