As an Electrical Engineering Project Lead for High Voltage Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving engineering solutions for key projects, including high voltage systems and renewable energy initiatives such as wind and solar farms.

Job Description:

  • Designing and implementing innovative electrical solutions for high voltage and renewable energy projects.
  • Leading project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Mentoring and developing a skilled engineering team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Overseeing the tendering process, ensuring competitive and client-aligned proposals.
  • Collaborating with procurement and estimating teams to ensure accurate project costing and efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in high voltage systems and renewable energy projects.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical design principles, codes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-divisional teamwork.
