Our team is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to take on the role of Area Maintenance Planner. In this position, you will play a vital part in our organization's mission to drive innovation and sustainability.

The Area Maintenance Planner will be responsible for eliminating waste from major vessel overhauls through effective planning and scheduling of service activities. This role also involves driving continuous improvement of maintenance activities by supporting Field Planners and ensuring that Tradespersons' tool time is maximized.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating all planning work, logistic allocation, and consulting details on technical drawings and engineering charts needed for resource optimization;
  • Tracking, controlling, and generating management reports for costs incurred by external requests;
  • Maximizing equipment availability by agreeing on operating and maintenance strategies with key personnel and documenting them;
  • Planning, scheduling, and aligning major equipment and process outages to maximize business value and minimize losses;
  • Creating Operating Centre maintenance metrics and addressing improvement opportunities for operational plan achievement;
  • Assisting Field Planners in performing their roles by providing necessary information and resources;

To succeed in this position, you will require strong planning experience, proficiency in PC software, particularly MS Project, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of planners.
