Preventive Dental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Preventive Dental Health Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for individuals who blend clinical excellence with a chance to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Perform scaling, root planning, polishing procedures, desensitizing agents, occlusal sealants, and anti-cariogenic agents.
  • Provide oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and smoking cessation.
  • Conduct periodontal examinations and record clinical findings.
  • Take and dictate findings of digital radiographs.
  • Provide administrative support such as updating patient databases, scheduling programs, and maintaining patient records.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
  • Registered within the province of British Columbia.
  • Certificate in the administration of local anesthetics.
  • CPR or BLS certificate.
Additional Requirements
  • You will be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level.
