Q Dental has along established reputation for its quality and ethics of care. It is part of a group of dentist owned, non-corporate, non-preferred provider, high-quality, patient centred practices in metropolitan Melbourne, Bec Dental: Bespoke Ethical Caring.
Our highly successful, unique dental hygienist/OHT led preventive program has been established for over 30 years. The practice and treatment rooms are modern, well equipped, and spacious and have abundant natural light.
The dental hygiene/ soft tissue maintenance program has become an integral part of the philosophy of the practice. The focus is on exemplary patient care, which is nurtured by the entire dental team, and on a high standard of professionalism balanced with fun. The practice is strongly committed to a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach. This includes general, cosmetic, preventive, and advanced restorative, Orthodontics (both Invisalign and conventional) as well as Digital Smile Design and the use of Cerec technology. The dentists are enthusiastic and supportive of the hygienist program and teamwork is a key factor implemented at Q Dental. The Front Desk and Clinical support are confident and motivated. You will also have the benefit of the experience and passion of your colleagues in our sister practices to keep your dental spark ignited.
We are seeking an enthusiastic partner who shares our professional values to join our team for 4 days a week. No weekends or evening work.
What you need for this role:
A Degree in Dental Hygiene and/ or Oral Health Therapy
A passion for excellent patient care & oral health
Relevant clinical experience, knowledge and technical competence
Excellent communication skills
A customer service focus
An enjoyment of working with people
The desire to learn.
The salary is based on experience within the industry and therefore negotiable.
