We're now seeking a passionate Oral Health Therapist to join our Balwyn clinic on a full-time basis. About The Role- As an Oral Health Therapist at Dental Boutique, you'll play a vital role in our patient's smile journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality preventative and therapeutic dental care for children, adolescents, and adults within your scope of practice.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive health in a supportive and engaging way.
- Working collaboratively with our dentists, hygienists, and wider clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Building long-lasting relationships with patients through compassion, professionalism, and excellent communication.
You are a dedicated and caring professional who thrives in a patient-centred environment. You will bring:
- Current registration as an Oral Health Therapist with AHPRA.
- 2+ years experience as an OHT.
- Strong clinical skills with a passion for preventive dentistry and patient education.
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
